Dieco Inc. was founded 40 years ago in Dallas, Texas. The company has grown from a one man shop, to employing over 60 employees in three states. Dieco has 48 employees at our Arlington, Texas facility. We are currently running two shifts, making Dieco the largest die shop under one roof in the Southwest, and in the top twenty nationwide for total sales dollars. Yet, we know that being the largest does not insure our continued growth. Customer service, quality and value will be what continue to keep us the leader in the Southwest.

 The founders, Ivan Philpot, Sam Merenda, John Zaiger, Jeff Zaiger, and Jason Zaiger have many years experience in the packaging arena driving the use of innovative technology for both printing plates and cutting dies.

 Our experience translates into a consultative approach to satisfying your needs. Our company began in the same building with Dieco (cutting die facility) in Arlington, Texas, which allows customers single source purchasing of cut and print tooling saving time and effort.
